No Refund After Application Submission

Once the application has been submitted to the concerned authority or processing has commenced, no refund shall be provided. This is because service-related efforts, documentation review, and government fees are initiated immediately.

Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests may be considered only if the service has not yet been initiated.
• Duplicate or excess payments made due to technical errors may be eligible for a refund after verification.
• Refunds are not applicable for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant.

Non-Refundable Items

• Government fees and statutory charges
• Consultancy and processing charges once service has started
• Applications rejected due to applicant’s non-compliance

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing before the initiation of service. Cancellation requests received after processing has started will not be eligible for a refund.
